Justin Bieber fan claims he is the father of her three-month-old baby
Teen sensation Justin Bieber has been hit with a paternity suit.
Newser reports that 20-year-old Mariah Yeater has filed a paternity suit against Bieber. According to the affidavit, Yeater claims that she and Bieber had a brief fling last year while backstage at the LA Staples Center.
Yeater claims it was Bieber’s first time and that he refused to wear a condom. Now, she is asking the court to order Bieber to take a paternity test and support her three-month-old son financially.
Meanwhile, Bieber’s representatives are denying the claim. TMZ reports that Bieber’s reps have said, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
