Jeremy Renner avoided being involved in a barroom brawl in Manila, but other members of his party were not so lucky.
E! reports that Renner was traveling in a party of six that was making a late-night pub crawl. A member of the party Renner was in dropped a glass on the floor which led to an argument between the pub staff and members of Renner’s party.
“He was at the bar when the fight broke out and he exited,” Renner’s rep confirmed to E! News, adding that he was “not injured” and “not involved” in the attack.
Although Renner exited, members of his party remained behind and became involved in a brawl with the pub staff. The weapons later confiscated by the police detail how serious the brawl was — clubs, cutting instruments and a homemade ax made from a motorcycle brake rotor were all used to injure members of the party. A member of Renner’s party, Vorasit Issara (the general manager of the Sri Panwa Resort), was critically injured and is currently hospitalized, after being stabbed in the stomach and taking the homemade ax to the neck. He is suffering from serious stomach wounds, partially severed neck tendons and bruises all over his body.
Renner is in Manila filming the latest “Bourne” installment, “The Bourne Legacy.”

“Project Runway All Stars” premiered Thursday night, boasting new judges a new mentor and new rules.
Thirteen previous “Project Runway” designers were given the chance to redeem themselves on this season of “All Stars.” But in order to win the biggest prize in “Project Runway” history, they have a new set of judges to impress. Model/actress Angela Lindvall hosts the series and joins designers Georgina Chapman and Isaac Mizrahi on the judging panel. Mentoring the “Project Runway” contestants this season is Marie Claire’s editor-in-chief Joanna Coles.
The designers had the opportunity to show off their most recent creations with a mini runway show. Each designer chose a piece that they thought embodied their aesthetic, but some were soon regretting their choices when they were presented with their first challenge.
Lindvall took the contestants to a 99-cent store, and gave them $100 to create a look that drew inspiration from the piece they presented to the judges. Drama reared its ugly head early on as season eight alums April Johnston and Michael Costello found themselves creating similar looks using mop heads. Season one alum Austin Scarlett also ran into trouble when a nearby hot glue gun burned a hole into his plastic dress. Despite these problems, Johnston, Costello and Scarlett all found themselves safe.
The top three looks this week were created by season eight favorite and runner-up Mondo Guerra, season four runner-up Rami Kashou and season five alum Jerell Scott. Meanwhile, season six alum Gordana Gehlhausen, season four alum Sweet P and season four alum Elisa Jimenez found themselves in the bottom three. In the end, Kashou was declared the winner of the week’s challenge and Jimenez was declared “out.”
You can watch Jimenez’s “Project Runway All Stars” exit interview below.

Little Brownie Bakers is proud to pay tribute to the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouting with a lemon cookie that reflects the heritage of past customer favorites. This lemon wedge cookie is cool and crisp, with just the right number of lemon chips to deliver tiny bursts of flavor. And, when you hold it right, you’ll quickly be reminded of that world-famous “Brownie Smile.”
