Well, not entirely single. Kate Hudson and fiancé Matt Bellamy have not tied the knot despite recent rumors spawned by, who else? Goldie Hawn.

Goldie Hawn, mother of the seemingly non-bride, told the Evening Standard recently, “When my daughter Kate married an English rock star it didn’t worry me; all that matters is that the relationship is a good one.”

However, it appears that Mom misspoke. And whose mom hasn’t?

Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy welcomed their first son, Bing, last summer and became engaged in 2011 as well.

Goldie Hawn decided to set the record straight on Twitter, saying that her words had been “twisted.”

Well, Kate Hudson may not be secretly married, but the couple hasn’t been upfront with information about their relationship. So, don’t be surprised if a secret wedding does take place; it just hasn’t happened yet.
