Lady GaGa reveals a photo of her bruised face after suffering a concussion

After a backup dancer accidentally bashed Lady GaGa in the head at her concert Sunday in New Zealand, Lady GaGa, 26, revealed her bruised face for the first time after the concussion.

It appears that her left eye is completely blackened and left cheek swollen and brown. Lady GaGa’s backup dancer was removing a stage pole, and walking away as the pole struck Lady GaGa dead on the head.

The video of the hit shows the pop sensation rebounding backwards as she takes the strike, but she continues with the show. She did not leave the stage until after completing 16 more songs.

Along with a Twitter photo, Lady GaGa posted a tweet Monday reading, “Emerging from hours of sleep,” adding, “Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling.”

Grateful for her fans’ support, Lady GaGa’s tweets continue, “”I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia.”
