Insiders says “Community” will not be cancelled
Fans of the NBC comedy “Community” noticed that it was absent from the networks’ midsesason primetime lineup and fears of cancellation loomed large in their minds.
The Hollywood Report reports, however, that “Community” has not been cancelled. Sources say “Community” will return at a date that has yet to be determined.
The news drove “Community” cast and crew members to react on Twitter.
Executive producer Neil Goldman tweeted, “Midseason schedule burn!” and creator Dan Harmon responded, “Streets Ahold!” Alison Brie also responded with “Troy and Abed…in the summer?”
