The actress states that avoiding Chicago’s deep dish pizza is one of the hardest things about the pregnancy so far
Reese Witherspoon has had the pregnancy glow for some time now, but she finally confirmed her pregnancy this past weekend. The 36-year-old actress was in Chicago this past weekend to receive the Gene Siskel Film Center’s Renaissance Award. At the awards, Reese Witherspoon announced her exciting news and is expecting another little one in late summer or early fall.
The beautiful Walk The Line star was showered with compliments on the red carpet. However, Witherspoon told reporters, “Thanks, but frankly I’m feeling very round tonight.”
Reese Witherspoon is currently shooting Devil’s Knot, a suspense-drama film based on true events with Colin Firth in Atlanta. According to Chicago Sun-times, the actress will continue filming.
“After I finish that, I’m going to take a little time off – and go have a baby,” Witherspoon said.
Reese Witherspoon and her new husband, Jim Toth, are thrilled to take some time off and welcome their baby into their family. The happy couple share custody of Witherspoon’s two children, Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8, with her first husband Ryan Phillippe.
While in Chicago this past weekend, one reporter suggested that Reese indulge in some of Chicago’s famous deep dish pizza. In response, she explained, “It’s not easy. I’m always feeling like I’d like to eat everything in sight!”
