Hallmark is also celebrating the singer’s birthday – with a gift to his fans. The company is releasing more than 48 Bieber cards to Wal-Mart stores this April, according to a news release. Hallmark stores will carry the cards beginning in May. The cards, some of which will have lights and music, will range from $2.57 - $9.99
