Announced on Monday, Tony Sparano will not be continuing out the season as head coach.

Tony Sparano has fired from his job as coach of the Miami Dolphins on Monday.
This is the third time a NFL coach has been fired in the past two weeks.

The decision would follow after the Dolphins lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

Todd Bowles, assistant head coach, will step up to be interim head coach for the final three games of the season.

Owner Stephen Ross, eager to find a coach that will get fans fired up again, has rumored potential candidates; Bill Cowher, Jeff Fisher and Jon Gruden.

Sparano was a favorite among players but a low home record and declining attendance lead to his early departure. The Dolphins lost their first seven games.
