Maria Menounos, the 33-year-old “Extra” correspondent showed what true sportsmanship is about after loosing a bet to fellow colleague A.J. Calloway Sunday. The bet was that if the New England Patriots lost, then Maria Menounos was to sport a tiny Giants-colored bikini in the middle of Time Square, writes the NY Daily News.
True to her word, the knockout correspondent stippled down, to the bikini but opted to keep on her black Ugg boots for warmth.
"I hate bets. I'm never doing this again," Menounos said as she disrobed.
If the New York Giants would have bested the Patriots, then A.J. Calloway was to clad himself in a Patriots cheerleader outfit. Despite, whatever team you were rooting for during Sunday’s Super Bowl XLVI, it seems safe to say that we are all happy no one had to see Calloway in a skimpy cheerleader outfit.
Calloway exuberantly exclaimed, “God is a Giants fan.”
In rebuttal to loosing the bet, Menounos tweeted, "Sorry, but you know what - I love the Pats for fighting to the bitter end. #PATRIOTpride,"
Menounos was also spotted in the VIP section of ESPN’s Super Bowl Party Saturday night, dropping to one knee with Tim Tebow and striking the Denver Broncos quarterback's famous pose.
