The Dark Star Orchestra performed Saturday night in Washington D.C. They performed at the 9:30 Club, where Jersey City councilman Steven Lipski has attended in the past and was also there for Saturday night’s show.

According to the NY Daily News, Lipski was caught urinating off the second floor balcony onto fans. The source reported that this was not the first time Lipski was belligerent and causing problems at the popular Washington D.C. club.

Lipski was caught in the act roughly around 9:50 p.m. and was escorted out. He was charged with simple assault.
