March Madness 2010 predictions: Vegas sets the odds

Looking for the odds on college hoops? The nation's gambling capital has got a few predictions for you.

Mark Andrews

March Madness is upon us, and you know what that means. Suddenly, everyone in your office is a college hoops expert, and feels qualified to pontificate on what teams will go to the Big Dance and why. Either that, or they just fill in a bunch of random stuff on their brackets and hope for the best.

We’ll leave it to our devoted readers to determine which category College News falls under. (Hold your tongue!). But lest you think that everyone will be consulting the expert journalists who’ve been covering this beat longer than we’ve been alive, there’s an easier, more profitable way for you to get the latest March Madness 2010 predictions.

In three words: Vegas, baby, Vegas. MSNBC’s Beyond The Rim blog has broken down the odds that Vegas, um, oddsmakers have placed on all the teams participating in this year’s March Madness tournament.
